Larch or deciduous varieties of wood are much stronger and less amenable. Well suited for wall construction. Find their application in supporting structures. But it is difficult to process, it is easily split, but resistant to dampness. Appreciated much higher than pine and spruce. This is the only tree that does not rot in sea water.
