If any of the planes of the parquet breaks, then it needs to be replaced. Remove the bad part, measure the size of the recess and select a new parquet board. If the gaps remain the same, then they need to be closed with a putty. Do the work carefully so as not to spoil the neighboring fragments of the parquet.
