The understudy of the Prospekt is a road of a traffic light and continuous movement at a speed of 100 km per hour, and in mountainous areas — up to 75 km per hour. The highway was created to improve the transport situation in the central regions of the city and harmonious infusion into the already created early street-road network. The construction of an understudy in difficult geographical conditions was carried out by experienced workers. In addition to the scientific base, the submissions of the dungeon used the combination of effective methods of laying tunnels-innovative technology from Italy and a proven Novystrian method. This project has become an important result of an international successful partnership. Leading foreign organizations and professionals in the field of construction and design took part in its construction. The automobile highway was built using innovative technologies in areas of seismically stable construction, ecology and energy efficiency. All understudy buildings are able to withstand seismic load in nine points.
