B5ti7BUjP57 Well everyone I hit another milestone in my fitness/strength journey!! 💪 Finally hit a huge PR with a 365 pound paused bench press. It has taken me a solid 11 years to go from a 95 pound bench press to 365 pound bench press. I'm super stoked and this was truly an incredible accomplishment for me. 405 is getting that much closer and hopefully I will crack that number in the next year or two. 😁 This bench press session was 2x10 135, 1x10 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 365 single PR, 1x5 315 PR, 1x10 275 PR, 1x23 225 PR. 🤘 Every set was paused except for 1x5 225 and 1x23 225! ✊ BW is 215 currently. Having fun and enjoying this journey completely! ☺ Glad I got to hit this milestone with my bro @boosted_fk .🙏
