In December 2017, at 6 hours 20 minutes at one of the Moscow intersections, the young driver Suba hit pedestrians. Both women died. A few hours later, law enforcement officers found a foreign car near the house on Vernadsky Avenue. Near the damaged car was the mutilated body of one of the dead. The DVR confirmed that the car extended the woman’s body for several hundred meters.
