Basically, such buildings are being built approximately according to the same plan. On the ground floor, they have a garage, all kinds of utility rooms, a large hall with a cozy fireplace and a kitchen in the form of a studio. On floors above there are several sleeping rooms, cabinet, balconies or loggias. Each floor-section has its own bathroom.
