If you decide that you will insulate with bricks, then such a process takes place through plastering with a special lime-loser-liner solution. And the thickness of the applied solution itself begins-from 25-30 mm. The sifted, and most importantly, washed slag, which should be no larger than 5 mm, is added to the cement. At the same time, the pipe itself is previously carefully prepared: make special nets or use reinforcement. Each element is from each other at a distance of 15-35 mm from the surface of the pipe itself. But the most interesting thing is the surface of the pipe, it is first wetted with water, and the first thin layer of the solution is applied with the so -called spraying method, the subsequent layers are already more thick. There are no more than 5 layers. And the very last (finish) layer is not only leveled, but also diligently wiped, giving a tidy look. After all the above layers of cement hardened, all the cracks that appeared in the process of work are covered. The outer part of the pipe is covered with chalk paint, because it will reduce the return of heat of order by 25%.
