Perhaps the cause of this decision was a fairly curious case on the roads of the Tver region. During the trip, the driver of the car smoked a cigarette and tried to throw the cigarette butt into the open window of the car, after which his oncoming wind brought back into the car’s interior, the cigarette butt fell between the rear seats, continuing to smolder.
