The method of fermentation in air conditioned conditions is used on large installations, when it is unprofitable to use the enzyme in the open air. In the second case, the so -called autoclaves or bio -shoes are used, which, when rotating, evenly and continuously move the scum for one or more days. Then the discharges are again laid in heaps to complete the biological process of maturation.
