The square of the square must be pressed to the front edge. Put the marking knife on the first mark, move the square to the knife tip and carefully draw the pinch across the workpiece. Having put the knife on the previous line, continue it around the entire perimeter, evenly pressing the block or to the front side, or to the front edge. This is necessary for the lines to come together.
