Parking and parking lots in 2001. The city authorities of Chelyabinsk approved the city -wide target urban planning program «Multi -story garages and parking lots». The program was mandatory to provide for the parking lots in the preparation of the architectural and planning assignment for the development of urban planning documentation for the construction of residential, trade, sports and objects of another purpose.
