To reduce the costs of the use of closed rooms and flooring of reinforced concrete, it is enough to prepare the required area only for fermentation during the first month, when the most frequent mixing is performed. For subsequent stages of fermentation, the material can be laid without much damage in a heap of greater height, thus reducing the occupied space.
