Modern construction technologies sometimes surprise their capabilities. So surprising is the technology of flooring with compound bulk material. A distinctive feature of such a coating is a very small thickness (from 3.5 mm.). There can be two types of bulk floor: 1. A fast -hardened screed, which is also used to prepare a covered with linoleum, parquet or other coating materials. 2. Finish coating, which is the main flooring. The uniqueness of this type of coating is that when using the correct technology of laying it, it is able to align independently, to the level of an ideal horizontal surface, without slopes, wrinkles and other irregularities. The basis for the bulk floor can be: gypsum, cement, polymer epoxy astringent element or polyurethane astringent element. For operation in public places, places of large passage of people, industrial premises, epoxy and polyurethane floors are most often used. In residential premises, bulk floors are more often used with a base of gypsum or cement, with the subsequent laying of the main coating on them. The humidity of the room is able to influence the choice of a particular type of bulk floor, as well as the necessary thickness of the future coating can also affect this. Bulk material can be thin -layer from 3.5 mm and thick -layer to 80 mm. Before starting work, it is necessary to carefully prepare the poured surface. The base should be gypsum, cement, anhydride, the surface area of the base should have indicators of at least 150 kg per 1 cm. The surface is necessary: • Clean from dust and other contaminants that can prevent the coating with the base; • any cracks in the base, joints and seams must be leveled and covered; • apply a primer to the base, leave to dry 1-3 hours; • the perimeter of the room and all the elements protruding from it must be glued with a dumpfer tape. In order to have an operational ability to adjust the level of the poured coating, it is necessary to set beacons, the height of which can be adjusted by the level.
