Typically, the drying period is about two days, but depends on the thickness of the putty layer. After drying, the walls are polished using special abrasive materials (special grids are used, and sandpaper). When grinding walls during work, small shortages and inaccuracies are corrected in the process. After grinding, the walls are ready either for pasting with wallpaper or painting. But before starting to lay operations on wallpaper or painting, it is necessary to grind the walls again. For this, there are special primers, and if they are not, then the primer is prepared from wallpaper glue (the recipe is shown on the packaging). Similarly act in case of painting walls with acrylic, or other species with paints. After the primer of the walls, it is necessary that the primitive layer is dry (usually about a day) after which the walls are covered with wallpaper, or wall painting with paints.
