To date, the construction of new housing in Russia is developing. Not as a pace as many people in need of normal housing conditions, but still development is observed. According to Rosstat, the volume of work in the industry in 2008, compared with 2000, increased from 100 to 252 percent, and the actual commissioning of residential buildings for the same period changed from 100 to 211 percent.
