You need to start installation from the simplest: from marking. To do this, lay off a few centimeters from the ceiling and cross out the horizontal line. The skirting board is attached along the line, it will close the joint between the ceiling and the wall. The distance from one mount to another should not be less than 400 mm. The next step will be the mounting of the suspensions. The openings for the anchors must be made in the supporting structure, the bolts will stand in the thrust eye and there will be fixed there. This is the most important stage, because the mount on the suspensions gave the name the ceiling. As a rule, after installation, the ceiling becomes lower by 3-7 cm, so the initial distance from the floor to the ceiling should be measured and taken into account. Installation without suspensions, also, in principle, is possible, so they usually do when the room is low ceilings, but it is much more complicated. Further, it is advisable to determine the direction of the rails, the rails must be cut to the size of the room, while the real length of the ceiling should exceed the size of the rack by 3-5 cm.
