According to an unnamed source, the transaction will not be completed until April.
The French-Japanese Alliance has been negotiating with the shareholders of AvtoVAZ to take a control package of shares of the Lada car manufacturer since last year and expected to complete the transaction by the end of 2011. Renault plans to increase its share to 35 percent, while Nissan will most likely belong to 15 percent.
