The foundations of this building were erected on the stuffed piles of an ostrich system with a diameter of 30-36 cm in the form of separate bushes blocked around the perimeter of the building with reinforced concrete beams. The length of the piles ranged from 8.0 to 9.5 m, depending on the depth of the limestone, to which drilling was carried out. All pillows above the piles were prismatic 1.0 m high.
