. 📍Suipacha 1422, Retiro. . . . . . . . . . . . #city #ig_buenosaires #arquitectura #arquitecture #likeforlike #travel #igglobalclubhdr #buenosaires #way2ill #love #igglobalclub #beststreetview #city_explore #ig_worldclub #citylife #ig_street #igerbsas #artofvisuals #cityscapes #esquinasdetuciudad #citybestpics #all_shots #streetphotography #urbanocity #instagramers #buildings #archilovers #hot_shotz #like4likes

B_74xrfli3k I’m learning that when my heart is under a fiery test, it’s a precious grace from God. I’m not just talking about when life goes sideways, or when expectations aren’t met, but the deep and stretching fight of faith in the midst of spiritual drought, fog, and vicious temptation. I’m learning that in the midst of this, when my heart, mind, and soul start to falter, God’s purpose is to refine a faith more precious than gold that’s tested by fire. In this peculiar purification, God is preparing a heart that looks away from oneself and fixes value, confidence, and trust on Him alone—the sovereign Maker who gives life without end. This process is very painful and confusing, it could be described as walking through a dark cave—feeling out the rocks, smashing my head on things, and uncertain of where the end is. Praise be to God who numbers my days and has set this course for me, that I may know Him more intimately and seek His face as I wait for His glory and grace to be revealed in my life. Thank you for the dark clouds that reveal my weakness, for your comforting whisper that leads me through it, and the drought that makes thirsty—You work in this way that I might learn how to truly drink from Your fountain of living water.

Joko teillä on kesän retket suunniteltuna? ☀️#outdoorfinland

CAvP51WBmPZ My grandfather, Cyril, passed away in 1974, over a decade before I was born. He worked in music, but photography was one of his passions. Recently, his camera, an old Leica M3, found its way to me via a family member who’d kept hold of it. The camera has been in storage for 30 years — the focus is out, there’s streaks, light leaks, and dark spots, but in a way, these are some of my favourite images of Bath that I’ve ever taken. Shooting familiar scenes through his lens, I could feel a connection to the past. Though we never had the chance of a real life encounter, I like to think that we met somewhere in these photographs.
